Here at Toye's Hair and Nails Salon we strive to follow all of the Illinois state and CDC guidelines pertaining to the beauty industry.

 

We keep our environment comfortable, professional, clean and safe for everyone.

 

For safety and liability purposes, all persons entering Toye's Hair and Nails Salon enters at their own risk.

 

We expect all persons agree and comply to all salon rules and government policies before entering.

 

Please sanitize or wash your hands upon entering salon and wait to be seated.

 

If you have a low immune system, and/or feeling sick please stay home. 

 

If you have been in contact with someone who is positive with the coronavirus or if you have any type of contagious virus, please do not make an appointment. Follow IDPH/CDC guidelines and seek medical assistance.

 

From time to time we may take walk-ins if someone is available, but we prefer you to make an appointment.

 

We accept cash and touchless payment options are available.

 

Salon premises are sanitized regularly.

 

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

 

Please do not bring extra people with you to your appointment unless they are caregivers or parents to children who are being serviced. Seating is limited.

 

Hand sanitizers, disinfecting wipes, antibacterial hand soaps, and disinfectant sprays will be available to use during your visit.

 

Workers will be in compliance with all cleaning and disinfecting protocols expected by the government. We use EPA registered disinfection products. All stylists, technicians and workers are BARBCIDE Covid-19 Certified.

 

If you need any special accommodations with your service or while you are visiting, please notify your stylist or technician before making your appointment.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL PRODUCT AND SUPPLIES SOLD.

 

Due to the artistic nature of salon services, service fees are not refundable. Please consult with your stylist or technician prior to services to ensure proper execution of your service.

NO SOLICITING ALLOWED

Salon may be under video surveillance or audio recordings.

​

Salon will not be liable for any bodily damage, injuries, sicknesses or death occurrences inside or outside of salons premises.

GUNS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE SALON PREMISES.

ALL WORKERS WORK INDEPENTANTLY AND THEY ARE NOT EMPLOYEES OF TOYE'S HAIR AND NAILS SALON. If you have concerns about your appointment or service please contact your stylist or nail technician.

Children are not allowed in the salon if they are not being serviced. Serviced children should not be left unattended at any time.

​

Clients are responsible for keeping track of their own appointments. Please update your stylist or technician of any contact information changes.

​

Salon policies and prices may change without notice at any time.

​

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

​

Please notify your stylist or technician of any cancellations within 24 hours or you will be charged a fee.

​

NO CALLS OR NO SHOWS WILL BE BLOCKED FROM MAKING ONLINE APPOINTMENTS, A FEE WILL BE CHARGED AND A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

If you are being serviced by Tasha Toye, please allow a 2-4 hour service time depending on the type of service you're receiving. Around holidays please allow 3-6 hours for service times depending on your type of service. If you have a certain deadline to meet and need to be completed by a certain time, please notify Tasha before you make your appointment.

Please consult with your stylist or technician prior to service to ensure proper execution of your service. If you are dissatisfied with your service, let your stylist or technician know ASAP before leaving the salon and/or leaving a negative Google review. No Refunds

Salon is not liable for replacement of any hair extensions used for services under any circumstances.

​

Salon is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged  personal property or belongings.
